The problem
Most short-term rental tools stop at the booking calendar. An owner running several apartments still can't answer the question that actually matters: which property is making money once cleaning, fees and costs are counted?
The approach
Bouchbkat covers the whole cycle — properties, bookings, calendar and money — in one system. Every booking carries gross amount and net profit, not just dates. Each apartment gets its own colour, used consistently across cards, calendar bars and booking rows, so double-booking and performance are both visible at a glance instead of requiring a spreadsheet cross-check.
Key decisions
Profit per booking, not just revenue
The bookings table and the reports centre both carry net profit alongside gross amount, with a best-performing-apartments ranking by bookings and net profit — the one figure that turns a calendar into a business tool.
One colour per apartment, everywhere
The same colour follows each property across the apartment cards, the calendar bars and the booking table, so the calendar reads correctly without a legend.
Built to be handed over
A built-in user guide, a fully trilingual interface (French, English, Arabic, including right-to-left layout) and PWA installation for phone use all exist for one reason: the software had to work for someone who isn't its developer and can't ask at 9pm.

Outcome
Designed, built and handed over — it runs a real rental business day to day, not a portfolio demo. That handover is the point: the difference between building a booking app and building one someone actually runs their business on.
