Privacy policy
This site uses privacy-focused first-party statistics. Google Analytics is controlled by a regional consent gate: visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — and visitors whose country cannot be determined — are asked before it loads. Elsewhere, it loads automatically unless the visitor has declined it through Analytics preferences. Two strictly functional cookies keep the form session and remember your chosen language. The pricing selector and analytics preference are stored locally in your browser. Advertising and personalisation signals remain disabled.
What's collected
When you submit a form, the following is stored: your name, email, and message, plus (project brief only) phone, company, project type, budget range, timeline and an existing website URL if you provide them. A one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the referring page are stored alongside each submission for spam prevention — the raw IP address is never stored.
Page views
Every page load is also logged for basic first-party statistics visible only to the site owner: the URL path, the site language you're viewing, the referring site's domain (never the full URL), your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address — never the raw IP, and no tracking cookie. It's used only to see which pages get read and roughly how visitors arrive, and is never shared with anyone.
Security and administrator logs
Authentication attempts and actions performed through private administration or AI-agent interfaces may record the time, result, client label, action name and a one-way IP hash. Raw access tokens and raw IP addresses are never stored in these logs. Security audit records are deleted after 13 months.
Traffic source and approximate location
The site records first-touch source evidence (campaign tags, an external referring domain, or the absence of a referrer) and the country and approximate city supplied by the hosting provider’s server-side GeoIP database. A missing referrer is not proof of a typed visit, and IP-based city results can be missing or inaccurate, especially with mobile networks, VPNs and privacy relays. No raw IP or precise address is stored, and no IP is sent to an external lookup service.
Optional Google Analytics
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — or when the country cannot be determined — the Google tag loads only after you accept analytics. In other countries it loads automatically, unless you have previously declined it. The tag may set Google Analytics cookies such as _ga and receives measurement data including page paths, referrer information, browser/device information and interaction events such as calls to action or a successfully submitted enquiry. Advertising storage, ad-user data, personalisation signals and Google Signals remain disabled. You can refuse or change your choice at any time using “Analytics preferences” in the footer.
Conversion events
The site records first-party events such as clicking a primary call to action, starting or completing a form, and downloading the CV. Tagged campaign source, medium and campaign labels are retained in the functional session and stored with those events. No advertising identifier or cross-site profile is created.
Why
To respond to messages and project briefs, prevent abuse, understand useful content, and improve the conversion path. First-party records are not sold or used for third-party advertising. Google receives measurement data according to the regional consent rule described above.
How long
Form submissions are retained for 24 months. Page-view and conversion statistics are retained for 13 months. Expired records are deleted automatically.
